Has it been a week already? POTUS’ 8th cousin Henry (dubbed Henry the Eight) said the sleepy town of Moneygall has never been the same since – their celebration is ongoing until July 4th. “I still pinch myself. It’s like a dream.”

According to his schedule, he has no more public duties or meetings after the ceremony at Arlington. Hopefully, he will have time to rest and recharge with his family. He looked really tired when he returned to the White House yesterday.

HE WAS MY FIRST EVER INTEREST IN POLITICS…UNTIL THAT SENATOR FROM ILLINOIS CAME ALONG AND THEN ALL POLITICAL HELL BROKE LOOSE! I’VE BEEN SCREAMIN’ ‘OBAMA’ EVER SINCE! I hope after all the ceremonies today he gets time with his family. Maybe a slower day tomorrow.

Good morning Everyone, I extend my best wishes to all military families with members past and present. Thank you Chipsticks the memories of Ireland will live on in my heart and soul for along time to come. I was touched by the city of Dublin and Moneygall that I want to see it for myself. The Irish treated the President and First Lady with so much love and kindness it was a beautiful sight to see and recall.
One of my favorite moments was when he left the Pub and the SS had the door open to his truck and he went to the crowd instead to shake more hands..
Top of the morning to Chipsticks and my fellow TOD’ers. On this memorial day, I hope we remember those true heroes who protect us and keep us safe all around the world. I am thankful for this family and I hope we all have a peaceful memorial day. I’m glad PBO is getting some much needed rest today.. b/c he has been A-plus all week.

Good Morning all. I wish you Chipsticks and all of the rest of this TOD family a restful Memorial Day in honor of those who fight to keep us safe everyday, and those who lost that fight, but who we still honor today.
Good Morning Chipsticks and to all of my family here. Thanks Chipsticks for the moving video up front. I love the beautiful music that is in the video. It makes it so moving along with the main message. We are truly bless to have a Commander-In-Chief like President Barack H. Obama. I am crying so becuase I will miss Sec. of Defense, Robert Gates. I love how he and this President respects each other in public and from a personal friend who is in the place to see their interactions, they have a great respect out of our sight also. Also our love and best wishes goes out to Admiral Mike Mullen, another great team player with the President. We give thanks for these men services because they decisions have and will affect our young men and women serving us now. This is a great day to have out thoughts move all around the greatness of a nations that cares, love, and support our men and women who have fallen and those who at this very moment are giving their lives to serve us all around the country. I give thanks today and everyday. Let us support and enjoy our freedoms today because of these brave men in women who have served and have chosen to continue to serve us in so many ways.Sue, please give your brother a hug from me for his sacred service. Enjoy your time with him. If I were there, I would help you take care of the toilet duties. Just for him so you can spend more time with him. I love you Sue.
