I had lots of pre-Valentine’s Day fun at Dr. Sketchy’s Does Valentine’s Day featuring Raquel Reed. Dressed all in red, Reed reminded me of a vintage pin up girl. Her make up was amazing, and upon reading her bio found out she is a MAC make up artist.
As I was drawing I could hear champaign corks popping throughout the session (but I just stuck with my coffee). I did manage to catch a piece of chocolate that John was throwing into the audience during the breaks. Lots of good music on the play list, including lots of retro girl group sings and a Hedwig song.
