No cost, transparent PET-Upcycling Mask (Spit Guard for Outdoor Use)

I myself wear indoor always ffp2-mask, to benefit also from a certain filter effect towards aerosols. I would even prefer to wear a ffp3-mask indoor as soon as they are available on the market for everybody.

Outdoor I think is most important to have a spit guard, mainly to protect others and keep distance. For this purpose I favor the small transparent spit guards that just cover nose and mouth, because you almost feel no restrictions and your mimics is fully visible to others you talk to.

These small spit guards, which are available to buy, I have developed in a no cost upcylce version. You can easily build yourself. All you need is a 1 l PET-plastic bottle and two rubber rings.
