This project is an experiment aiming to understand whether framing effects exist independent of partisanship. Existing literature suggests that the quality of a framing attempt matters when judging its effectiveness in changing summary attitudes, but no work has interacted framing with in-group partisans. The hypothesis is that framing quality does not matter when the source is explicitly partisan.
