Contact Mr. Flanagan and tell his office what you think!  Put his #1-602-542-5844 in your phone and call him 6 times a day.  Let him know we want him to free Kayla and Hannah, NOW, and he definitely should not have allowed Kayla to become a teenager ‘in custody’!  SHE DID NOTHING WRONG and is being treated like a prisoner, (except prisoners can have visitors!)

Turning 13 is not only a milestone for every girl and boy, but a very special time for a young girl.  Kayla needed to be back in her loving home to celebrate with her family who loves her.  SEE the beautiful song Kayla wrote for her mother when she was in captivity, last August, one of the last times she saw her mom!    You Make Me Smile by Kayla Diegel   (Kayla also loves her dogs. Hannah is ten, and had brain surgery only a year prior to being kidnapped.  At that time, the state felt her medical issues, beyond just the surgery, warranted a private nurse in the home, 7 days a week, 14 hours a day.  When the state deemed that the family’s private insurance should pay, the insurance company decided that the situation warranted a nurse for each child, 7 days a week, 7 hours a day.  What insurance agency pays out money like that if they don’t feel it an absolute necessity???  Yet the state of Arizona, in it’s wisdom, or lack thereof, allowed these children to be taken FROM their hospital beds at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and put into a foster home that, as far as we know, has NO medical training, and had never had foster children before.  This makes no sense, and is frightening.

It is disgusting Mr. Flanagan, that this could go on anywhere in America, but it is now happening under YOUR WATCH when you were brought in to FIX this rogue agency!!!  Kayla and Hannah are even denied access to their brother, and their dogs, and they have done nothing wrong except to be MEDICALLY FRAGILE CHILDREN!  How can this be right?  It is not.  It is frightening, abusive and traumatizing even to people who read what is going on with this family, and yet it goes on, and on, and on, even in the face of serious concern about these children from a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) worker, assigned to these girls from the start of this kidnapping in APRIL, who quit back in AUGUST because no one would do anything about her concerns for these girls!!!!  This is WRONG, and the fix is easy.  INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE ALL THOSE WHO ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN!  Set a precedent with this case so it can never happen again!

CONTACT FLANAGAN and put the pressure on @ 1-602-542-5844.  Don’t let him summarily brush off what is really going on in DCS/CPS as he did in the interview with Channel 3 when he said they “have reviewed these types of cases that are being shared via social media recently, and insist they have found no validity ...”  Tell him to STOP the gagging of people who can provide the truth, and going to kidnappers for his information!  Open up the courts from the secrecy of kidnapping children behind closed doors, and destroying families or life!  Tell him you want change, NOW, for all the children unjustly taken.
