A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AQUARIUS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. REAPPOINTING OFFICERS

WHEREAS the Board of Directors of the Aquarius Condominium Association, Inc. deems it to be in the best interest of the Association to remove and replace the officers of this corporation;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following persons are elected to the offices indicated next to their names to serve until their successors shall be duly elected, appointed, or otherwise changed or disqualified from serving as an officer of this Association by operation of law or the declaration of condominium, to take their offices as follows:

New Re-Appointment of Positions

President – John Youssef

Vice President – Joel Cohen

Secretary – Ilya Gonorovsky

Treasurer – Linda Satz

Director – Boris Eydelnant

This resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to a duly called Board of Directors meeting held on March 6, 2015 and further memorialized, authorized and approved in this Resolution. All actions resolved herein are effective as of March 6, 2015.
