안녕하세요! 저번 우유라면 리뷰에 이어 두번째로 돌아온 대신 리뷰하는 선생, 나선생입니다.

입춘이 지났지만 여전히 추운날씨 때문에 소중한 피부가 푸석푸석하고 건조하지 않으신가요?
그래서 나선생이 준비한 DIY 우유팩! 제가 한번 만들고 사용해보겠습니다.

인터넷에 우유를 사용한 DIY우유팩을 검색하면 종류가 정말 다양한데, 그 중 대표적인 2가지 우유팩!
바로 화장솜 우유팩과 밀가루 우유팩입니다.

먼저 화장솜 우유팩입니다. 화장솜 우유팩은 만드는 과정이 정말 간단합니다!
화장솜과 신선한 서울우유 나 100%면 준비 끝!
(신선하지 않은 우유를 사용하게 되면 피부트러블이 생길 수도 있다고 하니 꼭!! 신선한 서울우유 나 100%를 준비해주세요!)

그릇에 사용할 만큼의 화장솜을 넣고 신선한 서울우유 나100%를 부어주면 끝! 핀셋으로 한 장씩 사용하면 쉬워요.

젖은 화장솜을 원하는 부위에 10분 정도 붙였다가 뗀 후 2분 정도 흡수시켜줍니다. 그리고 깨끗하게 세안하면 끝!!
만드는 방법도, 사용하는 방법도 간단한데 뭔가 매끈해지는 것이… 피부 진정&보습 효과가 이런 것인가…!!!

다음은 밀가루 우유팩입니다. 준비물은 신선한 서울우유 나100%, 밀가루, 꿀 끝입니다.

밀가루 2~3스푼에 우유 2스푼과 꿀 1스푼을 넣고 신나게 섞습니다!

다 섞었으면 팩 브러쉬를 사용해 원하는 부위에 발라주면 됩니다. 10분~20분 후 깨끗이 씻어주면 끝~

밀가루 우유팩은 피부 각질 및 피지제거, 피부 진정 및 보습 효과가 있다고 해요.
화장솜 우유팩은 사용하면 우유가 흘러내려서 치우기 귀찮았는데 밀가루 우유팩은 점성 때문에 흘러내리지 않아서 편하게 사용했습니다!

집에서 쉽고 간편하게 만드는 DIY 우유팩!
간단하게 피부 각질 제거와 보습을 한다는 장점이 있지만 주의할 점도 있어요.
화농성 여드름 피부에는 우유의 유성분 때문에 여드름을 유발하니 주의해주세요!
또 피부의 노폐물(땀, 때, 화장품 찌꺼기 등)이 피부에 남아있는 상태에서 바르면 피부에 노폐물이 더 쌓여 트러블이 생긴다고 하니 반드시 깨끗하게 클렌징 한 후 도전해보세요!
