HB123 Hearing January 25 at 10:20

House Bill 123 on not requiring notice for continued ZBA meetings has been introduced in the N.H. House and assigned to the House Municipal and County Government Committee. This bill is sponsored by Rep. James Belanger (R), Rep. Donald LeBrun (R), and Rep. Carolyn Gargasz (R). RTKNH opposes this bill.

HB123 is scheduled for a hearing by the House Municipal and County Committee on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 10:20 a.m. in room 301 of the Legislative Office Building in Concord, N.H.  The public is encouraged to attend and testify against this bill.

This bill adds a new paragraph RSA 676:7, V:

V.  If the board of adjustment finds that it cannot conclude the public hearing within the time available, it may vote to continue the hearing to a specified time and place with no additional notice required.
