Jerry dates a Romanian gymnast. Elaine tries to tear Mr. Pitt away from the entrancing powers of a 3-D art poster. George’s girlfriend’s mother catches him eating from the trash. Kramer suffers from kidney stones at the circus.

Jerry’s Apartment
The gang analyzes how much more time Jerry needs to invest in his relationship with Katya now that they have slept together. George pleads with Lindsay to give him two extra chances, after his mother constantly catches him in disgusting, hobo-like scenarios.

Monk’s Café
Jerry and George argue about the acceptable placement of eating an eclair in the trash. Kramer reveals that his pain is being caused by a kidney stone.

ROMANIA (map)
Jerry mentions he’s dating a former Romanian Olympic gymnast who won a silver at the 1984 Summer Olympics (the Individual All-Around silver was really won by Romanian Ecaterina Szabo). With nothing else to talk about, Jerry later brings up former Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu.

Mr. Pitt sits on the board of Morgan Springs, a rival company merging with Poland Creek to become “Moland Springs,” the name recommended by Mr. Pitt. The esablishing shot is of the Pendant Publishing building, Elaine’s former employer.

Jerry and Elaine rush to Kramer’s apartment when hearing a scream, assuming Kramer has passed his stone…but instead he simply fell off his couch attempting a reverse hecht.

Jerry, Kramer and Katya go to see one of Katya’s old Olympic teammates, Misha, perform at the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus (even though Kramer is terrified of clowns). Kramer passes a kidney stone in extreme pain in the bathroom, causing Misha to fall from his tightrope due to Kramer’s bloodcurdling scream.
