I shared the truth concerning non-imputed sin before the Law was established.

Let us revisit the following verses of scripture which describe what the Lord Jesus did during: “…the Son of man three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” (Matthew 12:40)

1Peter 3:18  For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: [19] BY WHICH ALSO HE WENT AND PREACHED UNTO THE SPIRITS IN PRISON;

Who were the imprisoned souls the Lord Jesus ministered to in the here and after then?

When we refer to two ancient books; the Book of Enoch and the Book of Jasher, we are given the descriptions of who these imprisoned souls were.

The book of Enoch gave us the clue in the following passage:

Enoch 10:7 And give life to the earth which the angels have corrupted. And he will proclaim life for the earth: that he is giving life to her. AND ALL THE CHILDREN OF THE PEOPLE WILL NOT PERISH THROUGH ALL THE SECRETS OF THE ANGELS, WHICH THEY TAUGHT TO THEIR SONS. [8] And the whole earth has been corrupted by Azaz’el’s teaching of his own actions; and write upon him all sin.

Note: In the above verses, God imputed no sin upon the people of the world for following the teachings of the angels (Nephilim) in Enoch time.

Apostle Paul gave us the appropriate verse in support of that truth:

Romans 5:13  (For until the law SIN WAS IN THE WORLD: BUT SIN IS NOT IMPUTED WHEN THERE IS NO LAW.

That was one of the groups of people that the Lord forgave and the Lord Jesus ministered to the so called imprisoned spirits when He was buried for three days and three nights before His resurrection.

Next, Elder Peter wrote the following:

1Peter 3:20 Which SOMETIME WERE DISOBEDIENT, when once the long-suffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

The key words are “SOMETIME WERE DISOBEDIENT!”

This represents a contingent of righteous people who sinned, confessed and repented from wrong doing!

Where were they when the flood covered the whole world? If the population of the world during the Days of Noah were also about seven billions strong, and among them, the scripture said were only SOMETIME DISOBEDIENT, where as the Law then was NOT as yet been established, why did they have to perish by the flood which represented the wrath of GOD upon the sinful world? Or did they drown and perish?

The book of Jasher filled in what is missing from other ancient scripts as follows:

Jasher 4:

[19] And the Lord said, I will blot out man that I created from the face of the earth, yea from man to the birds of the air, together with cattle and beasts that are in the field for I repent that I made them. [20] AND ALL MEN WHO WALKED IN THE WAYS OF THE LORD, DIED IN THOSE DAYS, BEFORE THE LORD BROUGHT THE EVIL UPON MAN WHICH HE HAD DECLARED, FOR THIS WAS FROM THE LORD, THAT THEY SHOULD NOT SEE THE EVIL WHICH THE LORD SPOKE OF CONCERNING THE SONS OF MEN.

Note: Then, we come up with another mystery; if the Law had not been established as yet, how could they know how to walk the ways of the Lord?

From Enoch, of course!

Jasher 3:

[30] And Enoch then again ordered a voice to be proclaimed, saying, Where is the man who delighteth to know the ways of the Lord his God, LET HIM COME THIS DAY TO ENOCH BEFORE HE IS TAKEN FROM US. [31] And all the sons of men assembled and came to Enoch that day; and all the kings of the earth with their princes and counsellors remained with him that day; and Enoch then taught the sons of men wisdom and knowledge, and gave them divine instruction; and he bade them serve the Lord and walk in his ways all the days of their lives, and he continued to make peace amongst them.

These souls walked in righteousness and in accordance with GOD’s standard and were in fact should be considered as the prototype of the present “Holy Spirit-filled, born again” believers like you and I (I hope)!

In Jasher 4:20 testified that God spared those souls by putting them to “SLEEP” before He poured His wrath upon the sinful world!

THIS CONFIRMS THE PRE-TRIBULATION “FLY AWAY” UNDERSTANDING WHICH MOST SCHOLARS ACCEPT AS TRUTH!

Does it mean that death before disaster is the sure fire way to escape? No! What is death when one is walking with the Lord? Since rapture is so imminent, I may not even experience the “blessed sleep”! But if the Lord calls me home first, I stand with Apostle Paul in saying:

Romans 14:8  For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: WHETHER WE LIVE THEREFORE, OR DIE, WE ARE THE LORD’S.

Philippians 1:21  For to me to live is Christ, AND TO DIE IS GAIN.

You too, can use the above two verses as the litmus test of your walk with GOD!

Before we are raptured, just like Enoch, it is incumbent upon us to spread the true gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, not the deceiving Prosperity and other gospels from the pit of hell!

Then we come to the unpardonable group of people which existed throughout the world in the Days of Noah.

 Jasher 6:

15. And Noah and his household, and all the living creatures that were with him, came into the ark on account of the waters of the flood, and the Lord shut him in.

16. And all the sons of men that were left upon the earth, became exhausted through evil on account of the rain, for the waters were coming more violently upon the earth, and the animals and beasts were still surrounding the ark.

17. And the sons of men assembled together, about seven hundred thousand men and

women, and they came unto Noah to the ark. [my side note: from Noah’s neighbourhood alone there were seven hundred thousand souls]

18. And they called to Noah, saying, Open for us that we may come to thee in the ark–and wherefore shall we die?

19. And Noah, with a loud voice, answered them from the ark, saying, HAVE YOU NOT ALL REBELLED AGAINST THE LORD, AND SAID THAT HE DOES NOT EXIST? and therefore the Lord brought upon you this evil, to destroy and cut you off from the face of the earth.

20. Is not this the thing that I spoke to you of one hundred and twenty years back, and you would not hearken to the voice of the Lord, and now do you desire to live upon earth?

21. And they said to Noah, WE ARE READY TO RETURN TO THE LORD; only open for us that we may live and not die.

22. AND NOAH ANSWERED THEM, SAYING, BEHOLD NOW THAT YOU SEE THE TROUBLE OF YOUR SOULS, YOU WISH TO RETURN TO THE LORD; why did you not return during these hundred and twenty years, which the Lord granted you as the determined period?

23. BUT NOW YOU COME AND TELL ME THIS ON ACCOUNT OF THE TROUBLES OF YOUR SOULS, NOW ALSO THE LORD WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU, NEITHER WILL HE GIVE EAR TO YOU ON THIS DAY, SO THAT YOU WILL NOT NOW SUCCEED IN YOUR WISHES.

Verse 19 above talks about people who said GOD “does not exist” or what we call atheists. Furthermore, the above passage tells us very vividly that THE NOTION OF REPENTING AT THE LAST MINUTE DOES APPLY FOR THOSE WHO DENIED GOD OR HIS SON!

From the two quoted paragraphs above, I have highlighted the following phrases:

1. Not all monotheistic religion can be considered as true believer in the One True God. The scripture gives us the true character of God in the one popularly memorized verse: FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. (John 3:16) This one verse alone preclude the religion of Islam as well as Judaism. They all claim to be believing in one God, but both of them reject the Redeeming and Son-ship of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Within the denominational diversities of the Christian faith, we have to eliminate Roman Catholicism since they have added Mary, the earthly mother of the Lord Jesus whom they venerate as divine and co-redeemer of mankind.

This article, of course, purposely eliminated all other cultist group purporting to be Christians such as Mormonism, Christian Science, and those claiming to be evangelicals who are practising aberrant gospels; Prosperity, Feel Good, and those who brought in kundalini spirit into their ministry such as Benny Hinn, Kenneth Hagin, Rodney Howard Brown, or Rick Warren who holds hybrid church service by bringing in Christian faith merged with Islam or ChrisLam.

2. If you believe that God is no longer involved in the world affairs following the end of His Creating Days, think again! Even the birth of new babies, He still busily knits everyone of them to this very day!

David testified concerning this: I WILL PRAISE THEE; FOR I AM FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE: MARVELLOUS ARE THY WORKS; and that my soul knoweth right well. Apostle Paul (Shaul) described it well:

When God is no longer acknowledged, people turn to a life of ungodliness and unrighteousness and these transgressions gave rise to the present trend throughout the world as describes below:

Romans 1:26  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: FOR EVEN THEIR WOMEN DID CHANGE THE NATURAL USE INTO THAT WHICH IS AGAINST NATURE: [27] And likewise also the men, LEAVING THE NATURAL USE OF THE WOMAN, BURNED IN THEIR LUST ONE TOWARD ANOTHER; MEN WITH MEN WORKING THAT WHICH IS UNSEEMLY, AND RECEIVING IN THEMSELVES THAT RECOMPENSE OF THEIR ERROR WHICH WAS MEET.

Note: Those two verses talk about the origin of what is currently known as Lesbianism and homosexuals and God’s recompense in the form of Sexual Transmitted Infections including HIV and AIDS:

The last verse above warned about partakers and those that approve all of the above!

He has repeatedly praised infidels and apostates as great Christians. He actively supported the American government policy to fight the Vietnam War. He would not challenge the idea that the Bible is mythology, when directly questioned.
