Hexham Old Bus Station, Priestpopple, Hexham, Northumberland, 2016 • Charming but doomed little art deco bus stand at the centre of an old-fashioned parade in the wonderfully named Priestpopple. There’s now a new bus station on the edge of town, and this one will be swept away by redevelopment.

Nice idea but not the sort of thing local councils typically do! I imagine they just want it gone and to trouser some redevelopment cash.
