This past week was a challenging one for me on a multitude of levels in both lives.  As a result, I’ve never been so happy to see the weekend. As always, though, with adversity comes the knowledge that it will always pass and a stronger constitution is the reward for getting through.  Adversity also is a reminder to us of who is really there in our corner and highlights those individuals who may appear to be friendly, but deep down they have their own motives that may not be in your best interest.

Because I was a bit aggravated this week, I turned to shopping therapy and paid a visit to the Rock Your Rack event that’s going on until the 15th of this month.  Everything that I’m wearing (except for the hair and eyes) was found at this event, and a portion of the proceeds go to benefit breast cancer research.  This pose, which is by PosESioN, is an event exclusive, and 100% of the proceeds go to Rock Your Rack.  Run to the event before it’s too late to support this worthy cause!
