Might be menopause

Lura

What is the best Switch Word to get rid of tingling sensation for hands especially at night while sleeping?

Naran

It may be a deficiency of ca mg and potassium. What is your age?

Lura

I am in my mid-forties.

Naran

Do you have any physical problem – diabetes or BP?

Lura

Yes, I have high BP and recently I am missing my periods for last 4 months. It might be menopause.

Naran

I suggest you to treat your high BP with pranayama and yoga.

Take calciphos, mag phos and kali phos, each 6x, buy these tablets from homeopathy shop and take three each, for three times a day.

Consult a doctor for menopause.

Take the Bach flower remedy WALNUT.

Chant the mantra, “VAJRESWARI VAAMADEVI VAYOVASTHAA VIVARJITHA” as many times as possible.

Lura

I did take allopathic medication. But, after several side effects, I started taking Ayurvedic medicine and was doing well.

But, last few months, 2 or 3 days before my period started, my BP always gets very low and gets normal after my period started. And after my period is over, I used to have high BP for a day. This was just like a routine for me.

I talked to my family doctor, he said it’s hormonal. On the top of that 2012 Feb, twice I had periods.

After that I lost my period for 4 months.  Since Last year, 2012 Dec I am getting sick almost every day both physically and mentally.

I just can’t take this anymore. I want to live and enjoy life just like others.

Naran

If it is normal ignore it.

The body is trying to adjust to the menopause period. I suggested you WALNUT, which will help you to adjust.

Menopause is a period of hormonal withdrawal preparing the body to handle aging. Co-operate with the body by shedding your fear.

Take MIMULUS (for fear) along with Walnut. Our fear about the body prevents the body from healing itself.

Thank your periods, your uterus, and your menopause.

Chant “I allow the body to adjust to this phase of life”.
