This is one quick, easy, and fairly inexpensive way to feed those mouths around your table!
Ingredient List:
(4) pork chops (we are a small fam of three, feel free to adjust for your family 😉 )
(2) cloves of garlic- minced & cooked separately with (1) tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
(3) tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
(3) tbsp EVOO for pork chops
When the garlic is cooked, add soy sauce and honey on a low heat.
Cook the pork chops in medium skillet with (3) tbsp of EVOO until browned.
Here on Hicks Farm, as sides we usually use the canned green beans that we canned over the summer from the garden & either some pasta or some potatoes (usually mashed, what kid doesn’t love mashed potatoes, I usually throw a mashed clove of garlic into the mashed potatoes and that is absolutely delicious goodness!)
Let me know if you give the recipe a try! Can’t wait to hear from y’all!
