Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “god’s Wisdom or the higher power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is portrayed as a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.  Reiki masters have said Reiki has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. They have also said Reiki works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Reiki is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an “attunement” given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of “life force energy” to improve one’s health and enhance the quality of life.

Reiki is not dependent on one’s intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds.

While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from the false god, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.

While Reiki is not a religion, it is still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others. Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system of natural healing, recommended that one practice certain simple ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony, which are nearly universal across all cultures.

During a meditation several years after developing Reiki, Dr. Usui decided to add the Reiki Ideals to the practice of Reiki. The Ideals came in part from the five principles of the Meiji emperor of Japan whom Dr. Usui admired. The Ideals were developed to add spiritual balance to Usui Reiki. Their purpose is to help people realize that healing the spirit by consciously deciding to improve oneself is a necessary part of the Reiki healing experience. In order for the Reiki healing energies to have lasting results, the client must accept responsibility for her or his healing and take an active part in it.  Therefore, the Usui system of Reiki is more than the use of the Reiki energy. It must also include an active commitment to improve oneself in order for it to be a complete system.

The ideals are both guidelines for living a gracious life and virtues worthy of practice for their inherent value.

Definition of REIKI : a system of touching with the hands based on the belief that such touching by an experienced practitioner produces beneficial effects by strengthening and normalizing certain vital energy fields held to exist within the body.

Origin of REIKI : Japanese, literally, spirit, from rei spirit, soul + ki vital force, mind.

A former Reiki master who has become a Christian wrote this testimony to Sue Bohlin:

“Reiki is something that is very misstated, and misunderstood, by those outside of the Reiki circle. Having been in it, I can tell you everything you need to know. I will tell you right up front that it was a hard one to shake, that it was VERY real and beneficial, but that it is decidedly non-Christian.

“I highly recommend anyone looking into it to just stop. Prayer is very powerful, and is our direct link to God through Christ. If we petition directly for healing, it may come. If we have faith that it WILL come, our chances are far better. As with anything we are to test, does Reiki point either the practitioner or the client to Christ? No. Big No! It uses a Universal energy that is non-personal and can be manipulated. You can pray to God, to the Earth Mother, to Mother/Father God, etc. But it in fact leads you AWAY from Christ.

“It is all about what you FEEL in your hands, what you FEEL in your spirit, what the client FEELS in their body/emotions/spirit. In that regard it is very very real. My hands get hot, I hit a place of extreme peace and quiet, I heal people who feel a tingle or hot spot or whatever. Their headache, menstrual cramps, emotional distress, bruises, whatever, goes away. But is God glorified? No way. Is self glorified? Yes.

“If it is so good and right, why do practitioners go on to other things once they hit Master level? The teacher who taught me was going on to acupuncture and other new Reiki teachings. Always something else, something new, something you NEED to be a true master.

Sound familiar? It is like everything else in this world, but Christ. There is no lasting peace, no connection with the universe, there is a big void in your soul that is not going away. WE ALL NEED CHRIST! I told my wife when she questioned my stopping in my search for peace once I found Christ (she had followed my years of searching through New Age theologies, etc) that Jesus Christ filled the hole. All the puzzle pieces fell into place and everything suddenly made sense. For a long time after that I tried to make Reiki fit into Christianity but it didn’t. I prayed a lot about it.

God firmly and solidly showed me in Scripture how it couldn’t work. The two major things against it, regardless of how well it works, are 1) it does not point anyone to Christ and in facts points people away from a single triune God, and 2) it is no different than all the pagan rituals in the Old Testament that would have people pray to the rain god or fertility god, etc. They must have worked or people wouldn’t have kept praying to them, and God’s people wouldn’t have been attracted to them. But either way, it isn’t what GOD has asked us to do. Everything we need is in Him. We can pray for any healing we need.”

Reiki and its spirits

“The purpose is, that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the Heavenly spheres. This is in accordance with the terms of the eternal and timeless purpose which He has realized and carried into effect in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Eph;3-10-11)

By revealing these Reiki-demons you can come to the clear understanding that; That the healing system of Reiki-energy, is one of the tools Satan uses mightily in this world of today. As there are more than 70 million Reikians, some of them thinking that there are Christians and saved, who are daily using Reiki for themselves. Thinking they are healing like Jesus did, with a genuine calling as a supernatural healer, but using the Reiki powers of darkness and the below Reiki spirits to manifest these (lying) wonders and marvels.

We like to show you how the spiritual world operates, to influence and to connect themselves with humans, through Reiki-rituals, Reiki treatments and up to demonic possession. These demons and these experiences are well known in those Churches and amongst deliverance ministries, as are known by the ex-Reikians who were set free, in God’s Grace through the Holy Name of Jess.

The people who are practicing Reiki, are in general not aware that they are calling upon Reiki spirits when sending Reiki or initiating others. Reikians invite Reiki spirits by means of drawing the Japanese symbol of the specific demon and are inviting them by calling their name three times, thus sending Reiki-energy to someone. Or by means of the same symbols, initiating someone spiritually into Reiki, by opening ritually accesses for these Reiki spirits and so the flow of the Reiki-energy can come through. Because Reikians are deceived by the manifestations and personal well-being on the short term, nor have proper biblical teachings, they are not aware of the implications of sin and God wrath, until they fall.(2Cor.4-3,4).

This blindness with its faith in Reiki and the manifestations of Satan is explained in 2Thess and simply proves that Satan can heal as well, through these Reiki-demons.

Subject: Our Place in Christ Jesus

No one knows the infrastructure of evil better than Jesus, who is the Alpha and the Omega. He saw Satan fell like lightning from heaven when he rebelled and took 1/3rd of all the angels with him in cosmic mutiny. They were banished to hell in the center of the earth. But Satan never rolled over and played dead. He especially wants to stop those who know their spiritual warfare and are walking with their spiritual armor on. And deliverance ministers are on the top of his hit list. But, so what! We cannot be afraid of that.

We must realize and be far more aware of Who We are in Christ. I am precious and honored in God’s sight and God loves me. Isa. 43:4. I am the salt of the earth. Matt. 5:13. I am the light of the world. Matt. 5:14. I am a child of the most High God. John 1:22. I have been justified and saved. Rom. 5:9. I am more than a conqueror. Rom. 8:37. I am a temple of God, His Holy Spirit dwells in me. 1 Cor. 3:16. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil. 4:13. I have not been given the spirit of fear, but of love and a sound mind. 2 Tim. 1:7.

I am an overcomer because greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4. And in Luke 10:19 it says, “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” It says over ‘authority over all the power of the enemy’ not just some but all. It also says ‘nothing shall hurt you’. Nothing means nothing. Satan uses fear to intimidate you into thinking that this isn’t true. He uses people and circumstances around you to try and ruffle your feathers and cause you to get into the flesh and either panic or get angry.

The devil wants to get as many people to be deceived and go to hell as possible. He doesn’t care or have any mercy for any human whatever age or status no matter how much they have served him. Satan is jealous for power. When that unsaved person dies he is tossed in hell’s mouth and swallowed up then it will be revealed to him, the real presence of pure evil. And with his betrayed fingernails dug in slowly sliding down the dark slimly stinking filthy throat of hell’s entrance all the while demons are laughing at him for being so foolish to believe all the lies of Satan.

But for those who believe God and are born again, washed, cleansed and have their spirits renewed a different fate awaits them. We are going to heaven. We are seated with Christ in heavenly places. When the rapture happens or we die, we will immediately be in a place where the devil and his demons cannot go. We will be walking on streets of gold, living in mansions that were made to our deepest liking and Godly desires. We will enjoy friends and loved ones who are there and worship God. Can you imagine walking and talking with Jesus. Yes!

Subject: The Devil’s War Room

The Schemes of the Devil (Eph. 6:11) – The Bible says, ‘schemes of the devil’. The actual Greek word (methodeia) is a combination of the words, ‘travelling + after’. This is a picture of a lion crouching and then pouncing on his prey. We are to be aware of this in the spiritual realm and know what to do. The devil has many crafty schemes to come against us. He uses his demonic arsenal to try to commission those plans. He lays traps for us and tries to ambush us. According to the Ephesian passage, we as spirit-filled believers must be equipped with our armor on, (may be able) to stand against him. This is not easy but it is doable once you know what the actual schemes of the enemy are.

The devil’s ways are as varied as our own particular unpleasant situations we get ourselves into, however; the devil never changes his game plan. He knows our particular weaknesses and he doesn’t ever change his formula once he knows it works with us. He uses the same tactics over and over again with us. But we can learn those particular “buttons” he tries to push in is and we can command him to stop it. But this takes training.

The Demons have Rank and File (Eph. 6:12): There are certain spiritual levels in the underworld:

Principalities: Demons over cities, states and countries. (Dan. 10:12,13) – Michael the archangel, fought with one of these powerful demons.

Powers – demons: Rev. 12:4 has always been seen as a reference to a ‘third part of the stars’ being the angels who fell when Satan fell from heaven and went with him in cosmic mutiny and became what we now know as demons.

Rulers of the darkness of this age: Kings who are being controlled by the devil. (1Kgs. 16:30, Rev. 16:14) – Ahab was just one example of an evil king in Biblical times. There are possibly thousands who ruled their people with demonic influence and assistance.

Spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places: Prince of the power of the air in the 2nd heaven. (Eph. 2:2) – This is referring to Satan and all his wicked spirits who work with the wickedness of mankind on earth. Demons have the ability, being spirit and not body or soul to travel freely from certain unrestrained places in hell to the earth and its atmosphere.

Reiki Exposed

The occult can cause powerful demonic infestations which can go on for some time, so learning about deliverance and spiritual warfare is advised.

For deliverance from reiki spirits, renunciation prayers work very well and need to be said only once aloud (for a woman best with her head covered).
