Museum of Russian Art is pleased to present an exhibition of recent paintings by Daria Bagrintseva http://www.dariart.com/

Daria has a strong creative drive that is felt in her works. She is not afraid of any size, shape, color or unusual theme. “I like to do experiments with shape and perspective, showing the familiar story from an unfamiliar angle, discovering unexpected meanings of seemingly ordinary things,” she says. The variety of themes in her artwork and her experiments with techniques are opportunities for Bagrintseva to reveal her outlook.

The appeal of Bagrintseva’s vibrant and expressive work is apparent in the breadth of exhibitions that have showcased her artwork worldwide. Her paintings have been featured in galleries, museums and public spaces across America, Europe, and Asia including the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg.
