Weekly Photo Challenge: Illumination

Each year Macquarie Street, Sydney is illuminated.  This is a picture of the Barracks commissioned by Governor Macquarie , whom the street was named.  The barracks were built to house convicts, now it sits at the end of Macquarie Street, across from St James Church and Hyde Park.  Check out other pictures by blogger Jim
