Selena (aka Bush Girl), is truly the Queen of Journaling. I never tire of admiring her layouts, she has a knack for journaling beautifully about the everyday things of life!! You know, the tantrums, the good times, and the bad, or being a mother, wife, sister, just the day to day memories that often would be forgotten if we didn’t take the time to write them down!! Not only is her journaling incredible, she always manages to find the “right” kit and elements to tie the layout together!! 🙂 I adore the alpha in this particular layout!! Ok, I will admit that pink and baby girl, is what caught my eye her, being the mom of 5 beautiful girls, I’m a little biased to little girly pages!! LOL!! None the less, this page by Dianeskie, caught my attention for so many other things as well. I was particularly drawn to the incredible layering and clustering of elements around the adorable picture, and then my eyes were pulled towards the journaling to the closing cluster just under it. The page has an incredible sense of “flow” to it, and I found this to be extremely pleasing to the eyes. Not to mention her incredible shadow work, making it appear as though everything is just hovering above the background paper. To see this layout in her gallery click {{here}}

This is another one of the “everyday” moment layouts, that I adore. I think the attraction here for me, was the title, because I can totally relate, having the odd little brat in my house too 🙂 I love seeing pages about the little things that our kids do, sure we want to remember the happy times, the “events”, but it’s the everyday things that make up a lifetime of memories. This is a very very difficult choice.
I love the pictures and journalling of Bush-girl:
almost all pictures published are ‘happy’ and i love to see childeren as they are for real.
I love the picture by Dianeski. Wouw how much do i love it. This is not A baby … this is a most beautiful baby. The composition of her layout is beautiful. And the colors fits as well.
I love JustJen’s layout. Eye is attracted immediately to the cute picture. I think, i think ….. this is my favorite because of the compostion. This one I would give a try for scraplift.
