The Steam Diary on this blog has had several back-dated posts with the long term ambition of it being complete record from where the entries in my journey in becoming a steam enthusiast end on the About page.  Despite the increasing number of these posts, this ambition is still some way away from being completed.  But here is another small step in the right direction!

It has been a few weeks since visiting the Watercress Line and so tonight we visit the line last October the 9th.  U class 31806 and BR standard 9F were in steam and 850 Lord Nelson was captured resting in the loco yard.
