KMA (kick my ass) Workout

images (9)If you need a good ass kicking, give this workout a try — I think it just might do the trick.

  • 20 Push Ups
  • 30 Mountain Climbers (15 each side)
  •  Bear Crawl (from cone to cone)
  • 8 Burpees (un-weighted or modified)
  • 500 meter row
  • AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
