A company called Stapleton Consultancy of Leeds are cold calling timeshare consumers who have been defrauded in the past.

Stapleton Consultancy is offering to recover money, which was lost by the consumers when paying bogus Timeshare resale companies.

Surprisingly the agent from Stapleton Consultancy has all the details of the transactions made by the consumer with those bogus companies and knows the exact amounts paid to them.

They claim there is compensation owing to the consumer, which is awarded by Spanish courts and is currently held in Spain.

In order to release the money to the consumer, Stapleton Consultancy can help!

Of course nobody works for free and neither does  Stapleton Consultancy so they need a payment before they can do this service for the client.

They can only accept bank transfers though.

Although we have no further information at the moment, with the above details there is sufficient information to alert consumers about this company, and to recommend caution when speaking to them!

There are no monies awarded through courts in Spain! There are no companies appointed by the Spanish Government to contact consumers to recover the money they lost through fraud!

Cold calling companies who have all the details of your unfortunate dealings with bogus companies in the past are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
