An apparent new Timeshare Resale Company has been brought to our attention by several German Timeshare owners. The name of this company is Beneke Inmobilien and supposedly this company is based in Valencia.
Beneke Inmobilien cold calls Timeshare owners about the resale of their timeshare. After the initial contact, Beneke Inmobilien sends a sales agreement to the Timeshare owner where the sales price is mentioned and also the fact the buyer needs to pay an 8% fee over this sales price.
In this same agreement the owner is requested for his bank details for the transfer of the money.
Everything would be ok, if it wasn’t for the fact that we have not been able to find any company by the name of Beneke Inmobilien in Valencia.
At the address Av. Del Mestre Rodrigo 5, 46022 Valencia in Spain there is no such company.

We can only suspect what comes next. A supposed (fake) tax charge, or an outstanding fee, who knows.
A company that cannot be identified, cold calls and claims to have a buyer lined up straight away is not to be trusted!

Mindtimeshare
