Hi folks,

Just a quick note about a contest I am having. You have a chance to win a gift app of your choosing valued at $2 or less if you help me find the best EDUCATIONAL APPS FOR IPAD — FOR AGES 5-9.*

I am at work on a review of the best educational kids apps for lower grade school. I have most of my apps chosen and reviewed, but I have 2 spots left.

These apps include but are not limited to abc’s and 123’s. Creative play and book apps are included. But no game games, these have to be apps within the scope of the category mentioned above.

If you have a suggestion for my review please leave a reply or tweet me at @sahgeekmom. If I use your suggestion you will be entered into a very small pool to win a gift app of your choosing from the iTunes store valued under $2.*

Developers are most welcome to submit their apps, but will be excluded from the contest.

Please submit your entries ASAP as the post goes for editing on Saturday afternoon and the contest will end FRIDAY AT 6:00 pm EST.

I look forward to your suggestions and can’t wait to show you what I have picked already.

*Gift Apps can only be sent to US and CND iTunes accounts. CND app will be sent as soon as contest ends, but a gift app from US may take up to 5 business days to arrive.

The prize is for an app valued under $2, but I am not including taxes, those will be my treat too, so you can pick something you really want.
