Teemu Tunkelo, President for EURA
Teemu Tunkelo is the Regional President of Invensys Operations Management, Europe, Russia and Africa (EURA), responsible for all manufacturing, direct and indirect sales, regional marketing communications, consulting, engineering, project and maintenance services in his geographical area.
Tunkelo joined Invensys on October 1, 2009, from ABB, where he was responsible for that company’s global control systems, collaborative production management software, and analytical and force measurement businesses.
Before joining Invensys Operations Management, Tunkelo held several senior management positions at ABB, Siemens, Danisco, Compaq and Enfo Group, as well as R&D responsibilities at Nokia.
He has a master’s of science degree in electronic engineering and telecommunications from the Helsinki University of Technology and resides in Crawley, the United Kingdom. When he is not at work, he enjoys fishing and hiking in the Nordic tundra or the Swiss Alps.

Stuart Batchelor, Vice President, Direct Sales and Emerging Markets
Stuart Batchelor started at Invensys in 2007 as General Manager of the North West Region (UK, Scandinavia, Benelux) and served as acting President for EURA until September 2009. He is currently in charge of direct sales and emerging markets.
He has over 20 years experience in the industrial and buildings automation and has a deep understanding of the automation industry and the projects and services business. Stuart has grown businesses profitably at >15% per annum in the technology and service based sectors, led strategic change, improved financial operating performance & developed organizations to become ‘best in class’. He is bringing a wealth of experience gained with companies like Honeywell and Andover Controls. Past roles include Business Development Manager (UK) for Jacobs Engineering Ltd and various Director level roles within Rockwell Automation Ltd.

Steve Brown, Vice President, Advanced Services business
Steve Brown is the Managing Director of IMServ Europe, and has held the position since July 2005. Prior to this, Steve worked in a variety of senior Board-level positions within the company, including Finance & Corporate Services Director and Finance Director Europe.
During his time as Managing Director, Steve has been instrumental in helping the company grow by 30%, to achieve a turnover of £70million. In the last financial year alone (2008/09), he has overseen an 11% rise in revenue.
Most recently, he has been responsible for taking IMServ in a new direction – with a focus on wider carbon and energy solutions. Over the coming years Steve plans to significantly develop this offering with the ultimate aim of making IMServ the leading carbon and energy solutions provider, all underpinned by market leading customer service and delivery.
Before joining IMServ, Steve held a range of senior roles at the Thomas Cook Group including Strategy and Development Manager and Corporate Finance Manager.
Steve is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Industrial hEconomics from The University of Nottingham.

Rob Rennie, Vice President, Equipment business
Rob has worked for Invensys for 23 years inside the Eurotherm Group. He is responsible for the Global Eurotherm business and M&I within EURA, forming the Equipment business stream.
In his career at Eurotherm he has worked in Operations, Sales and Marketing roles. He was part of the team that brought together the three Eurotherm companies (Eurotherm, Chessell and TCS) and integrated them into one. Since the integration of Invensys Operations Management, has built the new EURA M&I organisation to meet the increasing demands for Foxboro Instrument product line. Rob is 46 years old and lives in the West of England with his partner Julie.

Rob McGreevy, VP Platform and Applications
Rob is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for the platform and applications team within Invensys. Platform and Applications includes HMI and Supervisory, Execution and Operations (MES) as well as Information and Intelligence applications.
Rob comes to Invensys with over 15 years of experience working in the software business with a focus on manufacturing and industrial applications, serving markets such as water, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. He has held positions within sales, product marketing and business management for various companies within the SCADA HMI, Historian and MES markets. Rob has also worked in the IT consulting and system implementation field. Rob is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he studied Computer Science and Journalism & Communications.

Rashesh Mody, Vice President, Product & Portfolio Management
Rashesh Mody is the Senior Vice President of Portfolio and Strategy for the Invensys Operations Management division of Invensys plc. In this role, he is responsible for product management, including roadmaps, for control and safety applications, platform applications and other direct and indirect industry solutions and products. He also oversees ecosystem partner selection, strategic and competitive intelligence and other inbound marketing activities.
Before accepting this position, Mody was responsible for the Wonderware business within Invensys Operations Management. In that role, he coordinated all key Wonderware direct and cross unit functions, including global sales, product management, marketing, operations, support and common essential services.
Mody joined Wonderware in 1992, holding a variety of technical positions, including responsibility for designing and developing software components for InTouch HMI and FactorySuite, the company’s first fully integrated suite of software for industrial automation. He also led the Wonderware Global Product Management team, responsible for all product requirements and marketing, including development interface for all product offerings. He has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility within Wonderware, including its human machine interface and SCADA business and related product lines. He also served as Wonderware Vice President, Product Definition, and Chief Technology Officer.
He has more than 21 years experience in software development for the industrial automation market and has a master’s degree in computer science from the Florida Institute of Technology and bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from India. He has also been a member of the OPC Foundation Committee as Chief Architect since 2003.

Harald Konermann, Vice President, Europe
Harald Konermann is the Regional Vice President of Invensys Operations Management, Europe. He’s responsible for all direct and indirect sales, regional marketing communications, consulting, engineering, project and maintenance services in his geographical area. Harald has over 20 years of experience working in the automation business.
Previously Harald has held a range of senior roles at Invensys including several positions as Managing Director throughout Europe, VP consulting EURA, VP Sales EURA and various other Engineering, Sales and Marketing positions. Before joining Invensys, Harald Konermann has gained several years of experience within the IT industry in the particular fields of communication and infrastructure.

Eddy Manicardi, Vice President, Software business
Eddy Manicardi is Vice President Software Business for the EURA Region with the goal to expand the IOM SW Solutions Business through a segmented network of Go to Market Channels.
Manicardi has more than 25 years of activity in the industrial automation market and has managed the business through both direct sales and indirect distributor networks, developing a diversified international experience. He joined Invensys as General Manager of Wonderware Italy in May 1999. Since that time, he has served as Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region and as Vice President of Strategic Sales, with specific focus on global accounts and third-party partners’ management. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President of the Program Office at Wonderware.
Before joining Invensys, Manicardi worked as Vice President of Global Sales at Orsi, an Italian company that is now part of the Siemens Group, specializing in advanced operation management solutions. Prior to Orsi, Manicardi held senior supervisory positions at Bailey Controls, a supplier of distributed control systems that is now part of the ABB Group.
He has a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Giuseppe Caltabiano, Vice President, Marketing & Communications EURA
Giuseppe brought a great deal of marketing experience, best practices and passion when he joined the EURA Invensys team in July 2009. In his previous role, Giuseppe was directly responsible for the development and coordination of the marketing strategies for Wonderware in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He and his team were instrumental in supporting the sales organisation, reinforcing the brand and boosting the visibility of the initiatives and programs developed by the wholly owned operations and Wonderware distributors. Giuseppe joined Invensys in 2005 after 10 years with National Instruments where he covered several roles, the latest as Marketing Manager for Southern Europe. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from Milan SDA Bocconi School of Management and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic University. Giuseppe and his wife live in Milan with their two daughters.
