Ban the leaf blower! This obnoxious, gas-guzzling contraption is used by average urban yard guy. Heres what our yard guys do:

1. Weed whack everything above 2 in.

2. Blow said whacked weeds, soil and decomposing matter into large, gray contractor bag.

3. Dump in the regular waste bin.

The property management contracts the yard guys to perform this disservice monthly. Its expensive, unnecessary, damaging to the yards natural process and contributes to our islands waste disposal issue. Not to mention the sound those things make- worse than living near a Harley enthusiast!
