Fyi, in your last romanized line, you mistakenly wrote mirai instead of negai (願いは誰にも撃ち落せない). Your translation agrees with me.
Romaji is of what is sung, and it was ‘mirai’ despite that ‘negai’ was on the lyrics sheet.
Seems I forgot about this entirely…
I was rewatching Gundam 00 just now and that’s definitely not what I hear hyde singing. Care to recheck, just to be sure? I’m under a strong impression that he does sing as the lyrics say there.
