Another NGC banknote flaw?

One of our admins has been working on a project and was studying the designs of the New Generation Currency (NGC) banknotes, when he noticed a peculiar inconsistency with the reverse of the 500-peso bill.  It seems there’s a design missing, to what should be a uniform design. We’re not sure if it was intentional or not. A possible oversight perhaps? or a print-out mishap? I think we’ll just have to wait if newer print batch comes out differently.
