The elements of team coaching provide an ideal environment for dealing with chaos. Working with a coach over a prolonged period of time – a minimum of four months – the team established their own goals and a charter for working together.
Working together to create workable goals and strategies for achieving those goals can help us as individuals and as leaders. The support of others helps us even more in a time of uncertainty.
