A female driver hit a parked car on Chancery Street in New Bedford and flipped the vehicle onto another parked car just after 11pm on Thursday, April 21, 2016. There were multiple passengers in the car that flipped. According to witnesses on the scene the driver and all of the passengers crawled out of the vehicle unharmed. No details on the cause of the accident.
