New Bedford man accused of running Oxycodone delivery service

On Saturday morning at approximately 11am members of the Organized Crime and Intelligence Bureau executed a search warrant at a Lucas Street home in New Bedford regarding an Oxycodone delivery service being operated out of the home. This was the result of an investigation by Det. Jonathan Lagoa.

The target was seen leaving his home and driving off in a black Infinity. He was immediately placed under arrest for his license is revoked.

A search of his home revealed 317 Oxycodone tablets, 4 grams of cocaine, and $824 in cash. The drugs have a street value of approximately $10,000.

Scheduled to be arraigned this morning in New Bedford district court; Juan Carlos Ostorga age 40 of Lucas Street in New Bedford.

  • Trafficking in class B- Oxycodone
  • Possession of class B-cocaine
  • Operating after revocation of license
