About

Photo of myself
I am a cross-disciplinary student, although I like to define myself as a Music Technology Engineer that can play the violin.

I started my Music studies when I was 5, and I started programming computers when I was 8. Since then, I’ve been looking for a way to merge this fields that somehow structured my life.

After many years of experimenting, hacking and building things at home, I am finally getting into it. I recently got a Bachelor’s in Music, another one in Audiovisual Systems Engineering, a Master’s in Mathematical Modelling, and a lot of experience from the great people at Google, Telefónica, Universitat Pompeu Fabra’s Music Technology Group, the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and McGill University’s Music Technology Department in Montréal, where I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Music Technology.

Fun fact: Llimona, my last name, means lemon in Catalan. That’s where my nickname comes from.
