When You Order

Thank you for your interest in the artwork of Eric C. Peterson, a.k.a. “Yonah.”

We accept payment by check, cash, major credit cards, and PayPal.  Contact the artist at eyes4sight@aol.com” target=”_blank”>eyes4sight [at] aol [dot] comto make a purchase.  He will confirm availability of the painting you have selected.

The appropriate fees for shipping and handling, insurance ($2.00 per $100 value of purchase price), and tax (if shipped within Texas) will be added to the sale price of each painting.  You will receive an invoice via email.

We are confident that you will be thrilled with the original artwork you have purchased.  However, should you decide that you must return a painting, these are our policies:

No returns after 30 days of delivery.

Please notify us, within 30 days of delivery, of  your intention to return the painting.  We will assume the expense of return shipping.

Painting must be returned in its original packaging.

You agree to purchase insurance ($2.00 per $100 value of purchase price) for the return.  Paintings may not be returned to us without insurance.

When we receive the returned painting, we will notify you of its safe return.  At that time, you have two options.  Please let us know your preference.

1.  You may select another painting (subject to availability) as a substitute for your original choice.  Your original payment will be applied; you will owe us the balance, (plus shipping, handling, insurance, and applicable taxes) OR we will refund the difference.  OR

2. We will refund the amount of the purchase price of the painting.
