Fall Cocktails We’re Digging

Seasonal goes way beyond food these days.  And chefs are just as serious about cocktails (or they should be!) as they are about their menus.  Think about it: Start with a mediocre, out of season drink and it sours your opinion for the rest of the evening.   This fall, we’ve fallen for a spectrum of fall libations all over the city, everything from Pumpkin Ciders to Hot Toddies to Mocktails.  The best fruits, vegetables, and herbs are being shaken and stirred into drinks, like Bowery newcomer, L’Apicio’s Mole-flavored Manhattan, Milk & Honey’s Apple Toddy and more.
