January – April: Euro 350 pw. Easter Week: Euro 400 pw.
May: Euro 500 pw.

June: Euro 600 pw.  July – August: Euro 900 pw
September: Euro 600 pw.

October – December: Euro 350 pw.

Christmas Week: Euro 500 pw

Short breaks by request (subject to availability)

Extra Charges: Electricity (Airtricity) includes heating by ground source
heat pump. Usually Euro €5 per day all-in.

Bags of rubbish or recycling €5 each

Terms: Deposit 20% payable on booking with balance due 1 month before arrival.
