Henry C. Harman expires; funeral rites incomplete
Henry C. Harman, 39, died about four yesterday afternoon in Williamsburg following a short illness.
Born in Hampton, the son of Mrs. Rosa B. Harman and the late Henry C. Harman, he was educated in the schools of the city and had spent practically his entire life here.
He is survived by his mother, two sisters, Mrs. J. Leslie Curtis of Hampton and Mrs. H. P. Hodgers of Langley Field and two children, Henry Woodson Harman and Betty Harman, both of the city.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body was brought to the city last night and taken to the Richardson and Wood funeral home on Marshall Street.

Hold rites today for H. C. Harman
Last rites for Henry C. Harman, 39, who died about four Tuesday afternoon in Williamsburg, will be held at 2:30 this afternoon at the Richardson and Wood Funeral Home on Marshall Street. The service will be conducted by the Rev. J. M. Trower, pastor of the East Hampton Methodist Church, assisted by the Rev. J. S. Gresham, pastor of the First Methodist Church, Hampton. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Carl Piazza, Edward Wallace, Irving Johnson, John Phillips, Albert W. Johnstone, and Ben Tignor. Friends of the family will be honorary pallbearers.
