BEN D. NACHMAN

NEWPORT NEWS – Ben D. Nachman, 87, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, in Riverside Regional Medical Center.

A native of Newport News, he was a lifelong resident, and a member of Adath Jeshurun Synagogue.

He retired as owner of Nachman’s Candy Company.

He is survived by one sister, Ella C. Nachman of Newport News.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Hebrew Cemetery, Hampton, by Rabbi Michel Gurkov.

Peninsula Funeral Home is in charge.
