PRIMOUSE EDGE
HAMPTON – Primouse “Jack” Edge, 78, died Sunday, Oct. 22, in Sentara Hampton General Hospital.
Mr. Edge was a native of Edgecombe County, N.C., and retired from Master Auto.
Survivors include a daughter, Juanita Perry of Baltimore; a son, John Edge of Hampton; two sisters, Anna Johnson of Manhattan, N.Y., and Bessie Freeman of Chesapeake; a brother, Benny Edge of Brooklyn, N.Y.; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Robert Samuels. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Hampton. Family and friends will assemble by 10:15 a.m. at 215 Rip Rap Road.
