We’re having our biannual book sale! Visit our community rooms during regular business hours to pick up some great books!

Tuesday, May 7th, 6:30 pm — Trivia Night
Bring an appetizer to share and wear your best hat to honor the Kentucky Derby!  Register as individuals or teams of no larger than 6 people. Please register by contacting kholman-steffel@swls.org or 608.723.7304.

Tuesday, May 21st, 6:30 pm -Adult Craft Night: Macrame Key Chain
This beginner project is the perfect way to learn the basics of macramé. Through a Creative Bug video tutorial, we will learn how to create the Bird’s Eye Tassel – a fun, textured piece that we can use as a keychain or wall decoration. Featured Artist, Maxfield Parrish, Summer 2024
Maxfield Parrish was the most famous illustrator of the early 20th century. In 1925 one in four US homes had a Maxfield Parrish print. He had a long painting career of over 60 years. This show of original prints on loan by John Myers will give the public a rare view of his best work.

Tuesday, June 11, 6:00-8:00 pm — Summer Nights at the Plaza
This good-time band from Wisconsin Dells, WI known for creating fun everywhere they go, will entertain with a wide variety of music and a humorous collection of novelty tunes. Bring your shopping bags and lawn chairs for a family fun evening.

Monday, June 17th, 7:00 pm — Lancaster Community Band with special guest, David Henry playing Rhapsody in Blue.
