Served as charter member of organization’s innovative senior management team, providing senior management oversight of operations and long and short-range strategic plans during period of extensive and rapid expansion for large, non-profit, award-winning professional theatre (LORT D LOA).

Planned, oversaw and supervised all editorial content for extensive information-based marketing campaigns for each production/season/school term.

Developed and supervised all marketing, promotional and audience development plans for successful opening of two new performance venues and new facilities for education and outreach operations. Developed all supporting materials — print and multimedia — for multi-million dollar capital campaign.

C-Level manager responsible for all aspects of development, implementation, and oversight of all marketing, public relations, promotions, audience development, sales and internal communication activities, including all box office and front-of-house operations.

Projected, conceived and met all earned income goals for the organization; approximately 60 percent of total (FY03) budget. Quadrupled subscription audience (700 percent increase in revenue) while renewing more than 80 percent yearly, the nation’s highest continuous subscription renewal rate; increased single ticket sales by more than 300 percent; grew education program revenues 200 percent.

Supervised nine full-time direct reports, seven part-time reports, two post-baccalaureate apprentices and more than 400 volunteers.
