I am so happy to find your blog. You do beautiful work. I was at the Deja Vu Market and really enjoyed it. I too have been working on pieces and have participated in the Olde Farmhouse Market in Maple Ridge. Lots of work but lots of fun.

It’s been a treat to find your blog. I was looking for paint exactly like you used to match a wallpaper. Not gold and not silver -in between. And believe it or not for a dresser almost identical to yours left out in the lane. It is also for a niche in my entrance for stuff. Bottom for seldom used shoes or slippers for guests, middle for photos and music and top for that emergency hide it fast drawer. How did you get the inset side of the tracks out? I am struggleing with it. I plan to put wood runners there for sliding the drawer right in the old fashioned way. i was trying to fiquire out how to use my criket cartrages to put stensils. Well you solved all 3 problems in one stop.
I also recently found a small square varnished box with inset handles on two drawers near a friends house out in Surrey. It sits in my living room and is waiting for legs.

    • Thanks so much! I do love that paint colour. I did not take out the tracks inside the dresser. They were, for the most part in ok condition… I had to add a little gorilla glue to one of them, but it seems to be holding. I”m not very good at repairing drawers!! Good luck with your dresser!

  3. I wanted to purchase the Mason jar soap dispensers, depending on if you sell them and can ship them and how much they are. Thanks, Nic Jordan
