Need: bottle of dry red wine, 1 orange, 3/4 small cinnamon sticks, 5/6 cloves, 2 tbsp brown sugar, cup of water
1. Boil the water in a pan and dissolve the sugar in this.
2. Pierce the orange with the cinnamon and cloves, slice in half.
3. Pour in the wine and gently warm for about 5 mins.
