The Coroner for the district (Mr F T Sylvester) held an inquest at Bugley on Monday on the body of Mary Ann Perrett, aged 67, who was found dead in bed on the previous (Sunday) morning.

After hearing the evidence the jury returned a verdict of “Death from valvular disease of the heart.”
